This single family residence was constructed on Watt's Bar Lake on a bluff with lake access.  The structure consists of a 5,600 square foot 3 level house with a large 1,400 square foot exterior deck.  The structure combines structural steel, conventional wood framing, and concrete retaining walls and foundations.
