The 8,300-square-foot Blackburn-Furrow Golf Clubhouse serves as the permanent headquarters for both Vols and Lady Vols teams near the UTK campus along the Tennessee River. It features advanced amenities like a 1,000-square-foot hitting bay with Trackman technology, team locker rooms, coaches’ offices, and spacious outdoor decks for recruiting and relaxing. The construction consists of conventional foundations, concrete retaining walls, wood framing, custom timber trusses, pre-engineered trusses, and steel framing.
