TYSON COURT APARTMENTS

– RESIDENTIAL –

This project consisted of a 3 story, 28,000 square foot apartment building built near downtown Knoxville.  The project was constructed on rammed aggregate piers due to the challenging soil conditions and was constructed utilizing conventional wood construction.  The floors and roofs were constructed utilizing pre-engineered wood trusses supported by load bearing walls and engineered lumber where needed.  The building has a unique outdoor breezeway and butterfly roof elements that provide front door access to all of the apartment units.
