Structural analysis, review, and renovation of three buildings on the 600 block of Gay Street. Three separate historic buildings were combined to serve as the new corporate headquarters for The Tombras Group. The buildings were reviewed, analyzed, repaired and strengthened as required to accommodate the new usage of the space. Structural renovations included repairs, a new roof top deck and bar, elevator and stair upgrades, floor modifications, window modifications, lateral stability & seismic upgrades, and new facade support.
