Once the Tennessee Supreme Court Building, this mid-century structure has been converted into a contemporary living space, all while maintaining its historical essence. The complex features 63 thoughtfully designed units, including studios and one-bedroom apartments, spread across seven floors. The building also has a private 5,950 square foot rooftop lounge with stunning views of Knoxville. The renovation’s structural scope encompassed the addition of a new rooftop penthouse enclosure, installation of a new elevator and stairs, new penetrations and supports for mechanical equipment, floor infill, new walls, and several other structural modifications and upgrades.
