The Overlook, located on Hill Avenue in downtown Knoxville, is a six-story condominium building featuring 10 units. Each unit offers 1,650 square feet of living space, complemented by two balconies that provide an additional 450 square feet of outdoor living area. These balconies offer stunning views of the Tennessee River and downtown Knoxville. As the engineer of record, HSG utilized structural steel, load-bearing light gauge, steel bar joists, and conventional reinforced concrete in the design of the structure.
