Consisted of the upgrades, modifications, alterations, and additions to the existing 83,000 square foot commercial space on Jackson Avenue. The building was renovated and modified to contain 3 levels of residential space over ground floor and basement retail space. The existing structure was reviewed, analyzed, upgraded, and modified as required to accommodate the new usage at all locations.
