SUTTREE LANDING

This project consisted of the construction of a new park for the city of Knoxville located on the south waterfront. The park includes a single story 3,000 square foot multi-purpose facility. The facility houses men’s and women’s bathrooms, a small serving kitchen, storage, and a covered patio area. The site includes an overlook, a ramp to the water, tiered retaining walls, and a kayak launching pier in the river.
