Inspired by the historic Frank Lloyd Wright designed landmark, Fallingwater, in Pennsylvania, this modern three-story home features large custom glass windows and doors that allow the homeowners to take in the scenic mountain views of East Tennessee.

The impressive 12,000 SF residence consists of 5 buildings, each inspired by traditional Appalachian musical instruments. The property features a bridge over a custom waterfall which connects the master suite to the main house. As part of the sustainable design, locally sourced flagstone, solar panels, and water reclamation systems were utilized.
