The project consists of a new 4,500 square foot medical office building in St. Joseph, Michigan.  The facility includes a 1,200 square foot mezzanine for mechanical equipment and storage.  The facility was constructed utilizing conventionally framed wood load bearing walls, wood floor trusses, wood roof trusses, and structural steel where required.
