Facility consists of a 3 story, 35,000 maintenance and office facility that houses the maintenance functions for the High Flux Isotope Reactor campus at ORNL.  The building achieved LEED Gold rating.  The building contains a high bay warehouse area with an overhead crane, office space, locker rooms, a dining room, and assembly space on the third level. The construction budget for this project was approximately $6,000,000.
