LENOIR CITY MIDDLE SCHOOL

Renovated the existing middle school building in various locations throughout the 65,000 square foot structure. Five 2,500 – 5,000 sf classroom / office wings were added at various locations along the perimeter including an addition to the existing gymnasium. A 20,000 square foot wing was also added at the back of the existing building. The construction budget for this project was approximately $4,500,000.
