The Knoxville Motor Company BodyWerks building, located at 10580 Parkside Drive in Knoxville, Tennessee, is a state-of-the-art collision center that opened in 2023. It features expanded paint booths for large vehicles, specializes in luxury brands like Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, and Land Rover, and is certified for commercial van and aluminum structural repairs. The main building is a Pre-engineered Metal Building (PEMB) on shallow foundations. The walls of the building are conventional masonry on strip footings. An interior mezzanine and a front canopy were added to enhance the PEMB and add functionality to the space.
