An existing 9,000 square foot commercial structure was remodeled and renovated into a new restaurant and brewery. The existing structure was assessed, repaired, and upgraded to accommodate the new building usage. A new exterior patio and signature screenwall entry feature were designed and detailed to highlight the new brewery.
