A new 80,000 square foot 2 story facility located in Corryton, TN. The church consists of a large sanctuary with clear spans of over 100’-0”. The facility was constructed with a 16,000 square foot basement and a 30,000 square foot 2nd floor and balcony area. The construction consists of conventional foundations, pre-cast hollow core floor framing, bar joist and metal deck 2nd floor framing, and bar joist and steel roof framing. The project budget was approximately $10,000,000.
