- COMMERCIAL - RENOVATION -

The project consisted of modifications and renovations of an existing office building structure.  The modifications included a new 2 story, 2,500 square foot 26'-0" tall building constructed within the existing building footprint to house a new laboratory test chamber.  In addition to the new test chamber, a new connector element and linear sky-light were added to the existing building to achieve the desires of the building owner.
