The Alpha Chi Omega Sorority House consists of a 3 story 15,000 square foot structure with a basement at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. The facility was designed to house 53 women and consists of a ground floor kitchen, chapter room, and meeting spaces. The upper floors consist of sorority dorm rooms, bathrooms and library space. The project budget was approximately $3,100,000.
