WHO OR WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO GO INTO ENGINEERING?
I’ve always loved math and science! My inspiration came from multiple influences in my life along the way – the endless love and support of my mom and dad, the encouragement of my high school math teachers, my involvement in STEM activities through Girl Scouts, and the mentoring provided by a successful female engineer back in Mississippi.

Neyland Stadium on Game Day! There’s nothing like it!
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE BOOK OR MOVIE OR SHOW?
My fave show is and will always be Friends!
IF YOU COULD HAVE LUNCH WITH ANY ONE PERSON, WHO WOULD IT BE AND WHY?
My Dad! He passed away in 2010 and I miss our time together. He was witty, kind, loving, and talented. He always encouraged me to follow my dreams and was my biggest supporter. He was also an avid golfer… so I could use some golf tips as well!
WHAT’S ON YOUR “BUCKET LIST?”
Write a song, shoot par in golf, travel to the Holy Land, teach my kids about the powerful love of Jesus, missions work, finally clean out the garage and figure out how to fold a fitted sheet!
WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO FOR FUN?
Lead worship, sing in a “Dad Rock” band, golf, fitness, shop, drink coffee, girls’ weekends, roller coasters, family time my wild and crazy kiddos, and watch my hubby’s reaction every time i add to the Honey Do List
WHAT ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT?
My faith, family & friends, music and the Vols
